Antimony (Sb) 99.7 % Pure Antimony solid metal, atomic number 51, is a brittle, crystalline solid. Antimony, which is silvery white in its elemental form, has an atomic weight of 121.8, a melting point of 1166 degrees F (630 degrees C), and a boiling point of 2516 degrees F (1380 degrees C). In addition, antimony has a density of 6.697 grams per cubic centimeter, at 26 degrees, and a Moh’s scale of hardness of 3.0 to 3.5. THIS CAN BE ALLOYED WITH LEAD.

It greatly increases the hardness and mechanical strength of lead. Many uses include alloying with lead to make fishing lures, bullets, type metal and casting alloys. This Material is mined and imported from China.
